I'm a trilingual Lebanese designer based in London. I work at Publicis Sapient where I get to wear different hats between UX, UI and digital product design across various industries including financial services, retail, and EdTech. I'm currently working with Lloyds Banking Group to enhance their Travel Hub.

I previously worked as a graphic designer (digital+print) in advertising agencies where I developed an interest in understanding people and their interdependence with design. This led to my inclination to user experience and human-centred design. My consequent MA in UX Design has opened my eyes to various research methods. I value occasional surprises arising from design experimentation, and aspire to create sustainable designs for a better future.

In my free time, when I'm not in the hunt for the best coffee place in London, you'll find me hopping around antique shops and emporiums hoarding up my vintage collection.
